Service 04 / 04

Every guest in. Every risk out.

Ensuring smooth and secure operations during corporate events, public gatherings and private functions.

Overview

A plan for the crowd before the doors open.

Smooth, secure operations during corporate events, public gatherings and private functions — entry screening, crowd flow, perimeter and a dedicated detail for guests who need one.

An event is a few hours of everything happening at once: guests arriving together, suppliers coming and going, VIPs who need a quiet way in. Security that is improvised on the day shows. Security that was planned with the organiser does not.

We work through the venue, the guest list and the run of show with you beforehand, then brief every officer on their position, the layout and what to do when something changes. On the day, guests should notice a smooth entrance and a calm room — nothing more.

What’s included

Everything the service covers.

Events compress risk into a few hours. We plan entry, crowd flow and the perimeter with the organiser beforehand, brief every officer on the layout and the run of show, and keep a dedicated detail available for guests who need closer protection.

01

Risk assessment & site plan

A pre-event look at the venue, the expected crowd and the run of show, turned into a written security plan.

02

Entry screening

Ticket, invitation or guest-list checks and bag checks where needed, run quickly enough to keep queues moving.

03

Crowd flow & queues

Officers positioned to keep entrances, walkways and exits clear and to spot trouble early.

04

Perimeter & restricted areas

Control of backstage, green rooms, service entrances and any area the public should not reach.

05

Car park & traffic

Marshalling of arrivals, drop-off points and parking so the event starts calmly outside, too.

06

VIP & guest protection

A dedicated close protection detail for speakers, performers or guests who need one.

Venues

From hotel ballrooms to exhibition halls.

We plan around the venue you have chosen — its entrances, its layout and its own house rules — and work alongside the venue’s staff.

  • Coordination with venue management and in-house security
  • Plans that respect the venue’s own rules
  • Cover from bump-in to the last guest out

Questions

About event security.

01How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. A site visit and a written plan take time, especially for larger events. Contact us as soon as the date and venue are confirmed.

02Can you secure a wedding without it feeling like a security operation?

Yes. Officers dress and behave to suit the occasion, and the plan is built around keeping the event private and running smoothly.

03Do you provide protection for VIP guests at events?

Yes — a dedicated close protection detail can be part of the event plan for speakers, performers or guests who need one.

04Will you work with the venue’s own security?

Yes. We coordinate with venue management and in-house teams so everyone works to the same plan.
